In the first instance we arrange a free initial consultation to meet with you and your pet at home to find out about their requirements, including daily exercise routines, feeding, likes, dislikes and any healthcare issues. We will ask you to provide us with information about your pet and your instructions as to how you want us to care for them in your absence.
► In order to avoid disappointment and help us manage our services efficiently we ask that all bookings for dog walking and pet care services be submitted to Home and Hound by telephone or email at least 14 days in advance. We will confirm all bookings within 48 hours of receipt.
► It may be possible to make bookings at shorter notice but they will be strictly subject to availability.
► A spare key will be required if you will not be present when we come to your house to visit your pet. All keys are kept in a key safe and are given their own unique identity code so that only we know which house they belong too.
